How to Install Android 4.0.3 ICS to Nexus S 4G

It seems like everybody is craving for some of the Ice Cream Sandwich that Google has served. Many Android users have had the luck of receiving Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, whether through official or unofficial sources, on their devices. However, the majority are still waiting for their serving. Users of the Nexus S 4G, for example.
The official update for Samsung Nexus 4G is still not out. Fortunately, several developers have successfully ported the Android 4.0.3 OTA update from the GSM variant of the Nexus S into the Nexus S 4G. This means that users of the Nexus S 4G can use the port to run Ice Cream Sandwich on their phones while they wait for the official update.
According to users of the ported ROM, most features and functions are working, except for WiMax and the camera.
